Quiet location, just a short walk from York centre. A bonus having the outdoor area to relax outdoors in the evening and dry washing outside. Clean and a great size property for my family of 3 adults.

The property was booked last minute due to being let down by another property. We were delighted to find this house as an alternative and Rachel was very quick to respond to our request to stay.

Great location! Comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, easy check in and out. We needed to check in earlier than 4pm and they were thankfully able to accommodate, but for the pricey cost of £10 per hour upping the nightly cost by £30 which I felt was a bit excessive and unfair, especially as check out is 10am.
The door on the main bedroom doesn't close at all it's not possible you have to move furniture for the door to stay closed, which isn't convenient at all. There were a few bugs around the house, beetles in the kitchen and dining room (not necessarily the owners fault). For less than a 24 hour period, I felt £174 was pretty cheeky. Parking is for one car only and potluck (I.e. if you can get it)
