High standards and very modern accommodation

Convenient location to walk into York. Pub next door, convenience store across road. Parking on site. Spacious, spotless accommodation. There was an issue with one of the showers which was easy to report and it was fixed the next day.
It was a heat wave. It was hot! The accommodation was on ground floor so windows and doors could not be left open during the day or at night. However this is not the fault of the hosts. They did their best with fans provided. Its just a note to potential guests.

The lock boxes were not immediately visibile due to being blocked by parked cars. Just unfortunate, not a big issue.
The apartment wasn't particularly clean (cobwebs above the door inside the bathroom , dust in several areas. Cracked plaster and general signs of wear and tear everywhere. Internet speed not sufficiently fast.
