Well supplied three bedroom terrace in convenient location. Bus into York from the main road nearby and the house had everything we required for our short stay.
Spread over four floors so access to floors with heavy luggage was a challenge. Access for taxis and Uber is tricky as the lane is narrow. One cancelled because he couldn’t get through.

A total gem - beautifully located - the sort of property that gives the trip something additional.
Will book again.
It’s great for fully mobile folk - if you are limited - there are other places to stay.
Bathroom facilities on 1st floor and second floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mount Terrace, York. The property was in a perfect position - not in the busy town centre but still in a very easy walkable distance from the centre as well as the station. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting and having a good natter / catch up in the cosy lounge in the evening. There was also easily accessible parking very close to the property. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

It was beautiful - a lovely period property, pretty courtyard, comfortable beds and very picturesque location.
Didn’t realise parking was quite a long way away. And the stairs are a bit tiring!
