About this house rental
Mount Terrace is a lovely terraced property, spread out over 4 floors, with ample room for up to 6 guests to spread out and relax. The well equipped kitchen diner is on the lower ground floor, along with bedroom 1 which has a superking (which can be presented as a pair of single beds if you wish). There is a large sitting room on the upper ground floor which has access to the rear garden with outside seating. Also on this floor is a seperate dining room for more formal occasions. The first floor has the double bedroom and also the family bathroom with shower unit, and the top floor has the twin beds with the ensuite bathroom (bath with a shower fitted over).
Only a 10 minute walk from the station and York Racecourse, the house also has private parking close by for up to 2 cars. Located just outside the city walls, the city centre is a short walk away, with easy walking access to York Race Course.
