Good information from the owner. Complimentary wine was great. Milk, tea and coffee provided. Adam was very welcoming.

The closeness to all the main attractions in York, the cleanliness of the flat, shower room and bedding were faultless.The flat had all facilities that were needed for our stay even down to a corkscrew. The small courtyard at the rear of the property was very welcoming area to sit in the evening to relax in after a busy day. Also free car parking was bonus which was only a minute or so away

Nothing apart from some traffic noise which could only be expected with its location.

Location was excellent for getting to places. The apartment was bigger than expected and I liked the little outside seating area.Milk and tea bags etc were very much appreciated, as was the fan in the bedroom. Parking was a bonus.

I was surprised that there were only 2 cups, plates,spoons etc. Definitely more needed even if only for cooking a breakfast or having a snack ! There was not one sharp knife and no large bowls. This needs addressing. The fridge was not secured within the cupboard so was quite dangerous. It needs fixing. The mattress was uncomfortable. The bed linen was was made of synthetic fabric; not ideal anytime, but definitely not in the heatwave we were having. The plastic blind on the room door didn't adequately cover the window.
