The property was clean, comfortable and perfectly located! To have a parking space to use was a really good thing, as parking in York can be expensive.

Communication with Adam was superb.
The accommodation, with parking as an added bonus, was wonderful being so close to York Minster and the historical centre. The tea.and coffee, fresh milk and wine were a wonderful touch. Thank you!
I would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation for a couple.
There was nothing to not like although if I was being picky I would suggest a toaster!
