The first floor property is brand new and benefits from professional interior design throughout.
The open plan layout of the bedroom and living area doesn't disappoint. All stylishly put together and topped off with a wall mounted LCD TV.
The kitchen has all the amenities you could want and more including dishwasher, fridge and ice box compartment. The bathroom also comes with a walk in shower.
There isn't any parking with the studio but paid for parking is available very close by - please enquire for details.

Very lovely place, mostly as advertised and thoroughly enjoyed.
There was an unsightly divan replacing the lovely bed frame seen in photos and as mentioned by other reviewers is not attached to the headboard. The mattress with springs poking out is the same, but they were to one side and didn’t really bother me that much, it wasn’t the best, but otherwise reasonably comfortable. On the bright side the lumpy pillows were changed very swiftly.
A pot was broken on my arrival but was asked to pay for it despite the damage waiver I paid. We agreed it was not my fault, but still confused by the request even if it would have been my fault.
Altogether a nice stay and would recommend with the mentions above.

Great flat for a short stay in York great location
Had problems finding the flat but the stays York staff were very helpful when I called for help great team
Pillows were lumpy when brought to there attention was replaced immediately
The mattress needs replaced springs sticking out not comfortable
Would like hooks in bathroom and the shower needs a mat
Supermarket at the end of the street very handy for provisions
Was disappointed with welcome pack not as good as I have had in other accommodations in York

Great immaculate apartment , had everything you need in it.Maybe a couple of additions to the bathroom eg: non slip mat in shower and a couple of hooks on back of the door.We had a lovely time in York and had arrived early however we received a txt to say the apartment was ready early which was great! Such a clean comfy stay !
