Perfect location. Great access to the city. Quiet street with ample on street parking.
The washing machine didn't work, which was a pity as we were on a tight schedule and had planned to wash items during our stay. It is quite possible that the owners were not aware of this as the fault only became apparent a few minutes into the wash.

House style decor lovely shabby chic brilliant.
Location just close enough to city. Fair walk.
Communication was good.
Lack of kitchen equipment. Was poor. No baking tray. One wine glass. No sharp knife, no cooking utensils.
Cups old. Kettle not reliable. Oven dirty.
No hairdryer, iron rusty. Sofa stained. No pillow protectors. Garden unkept. Boiler overflow leaking onto wall and rear door. Hot water.
Carpet dining badly stained.
Two place mats only.
No toilet brush.
