It was clean and tidy, had everything we needed for the 1 night stay we had booked. It was private and had a nice garden area. 2 locks to get into the room made us feel safe and secure.
There wasn't anything we particularly disliked, if I had to nit pick the front door sticks so it doesn't close properly unless pulled which made a bit of a bang in the morning so I was worried about waking other guests

Excellent value for money, king room 4 was extremely clean.
Not aware before arriving that there was No breakfast option at all.

Great location. Easy check in and very friendly staff.
Property is comforrable but a little rough round the edges and the shower works ok but is not very powerfull.

Guy checking me in at the bar was helpful and friendly. Location to York racecourse was great. Free parking good.
Communal Door to the property was very loud so when other guests open/closed it, was very noisy. Could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Food from the restaurant was not nice.
