Lovely decor - felt really homely. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bedrooms were all a good size.
It was really cold when we arrived and house took ages to warm up for some reason. Bathroom was really tiny and bath has a big crack in it. Even though the house was clean there were a few large cobwebs on the ceilings.

Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. There’s a full bathroom downstairs and a toilet upstairs. Quiet street. Close to York by car.
This property doesn’t provide free private on-site parking. Their description is incorrect. The parking is street parking on first come first get bases. It gets quite full after 19:00. Although, it doesn’t require residential permit. WiFi was not working. We stayed there for 2 days. Informed the management right away. They were responsive to our messages, but wifi issue was not resolved.

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. There were six of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The service was excellent — thank you! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.
