Exactly as listed. nice, new, clean. Well appointed with everything you could need.It's an easy bus ride into York, which makes it an affordable way to see the city. 30 minute walk which we also did easily.There are lots of amenities nearby, including a good charity shop.Was a little challenging to communicate at first because they use travelnest otherwise they'd get all 5 stars. Once I got the owners direct contact details it was very smooth.
