Good location, easy to walk into town. Good size house for a group of people, nice bathroom.
Lack of comfortable seating in the lounge and not as clean as I'd like personally (but not unclean!).

The location is fantastic. Close to the station and a short stroll into town along the river. The neighbourhood is lovely with lots of bars and places to eat, along with convenience stores. The house is very charming, comfortable and clean with everything you need for a city break.
Upstairs got quite warm so putting a fan in the bedrooms would be good for the summer months. Also shower door wouldn't close - minor issue and easy to fix.

Comfortable rooms, plenty of space
Non-refundable fee should be factored into the original price. To force customers to either pay a non-refundable £40 damage or a £500 refundable deposit with a £10 non-refundable fee is ridiculous and we have never come across this through booking.com before. The kitchen rubbish bin was also not emptied before we arrived and it was full of old food from the previous customers. The heavy fire safety doors also made it hard to interact across rooms.
