The location is excellent, great views of York and walking distance from everything.
I was concerned that the balcony door was not very secure and had possibly already been forced open. I was also frustrated that there was a coffee pod machine (Lavazza) but not pods and both the local Tesco and Sainsbury’s didn’t stock them. Why not put it on the listing and I could have brought some with me. Also, bring some dishwasher tablets with you!!

The place was clean, well equipped, fantastic location, contacts were helpful when we needed to speak to someone, would definitely recommend and we will stay here again
The only thing was the mattress was too soft and gave me back ache, making it difficult to sleep, please upgrade it to a premier Inn mattress, they're amazing. Everything else was fantastic.

The location was fantastic. Beautiful apartment overlooking the river and town centre. Historic building turned into accommodation with the original features. Apartment is designed lovely with nice decor.
The apartment unfortunately has some damage. Probably from previous tenants that haven't looked after it. This did not impact our stay though. It can also be quite noisy if you have the balcony doors open but we found it part of the experience of staying so close to the centre. The doors will shut out the noise but as it was very warm it was nice having them open.
