Location, beautiful building, good facilities, modern and clean. Parking.
The noise from late night party goers across the river during the evening and in the early hours when they were coming out.

The location is perfect, having a balcony was a lovely addition. Everything was clean and having a car parking space was ideal. It's a lovely, cosy and comfortable apartment, with everything we needed for our stay.
The only issues were that the twin beds were extremely soft, I think the mattresses probably need replacing soon. The window in the twin room will not open so it got very hot, even with the fan. A small thing, no bin bags were put into the bins and we couldn't find any so had to go and buy some.
