The apartment was fantastic, right in the centre of York and all it has to offer. I liked the brochure eith all the information it provided, but disappointed that it never mentioned the Brinte Parsonage Museum, the absolute highlight of our stay.
Nothing really. A few little things like the blind not working, holes in one of the towels, but the overall stay was perfect. We all agreed we would recommend the York Riverside Apartments to frieads and family.

Excellent location in York, lovely apartment. and we would definitely stay here again.
No fault to owners but the week was very very hot...and the apartment soon warmed up to such a degree that when we arrived we had to go out asap. We closed the blinds for the following days which did help a little , but there were no opening windows to get any fresh air and the fan in the bathroom didn't work to try and pull to air through. A big fan was provided already in the apartment which was good but only warm air could be circulated. I don't think I've ever been so hot.

The property was very well located and very central to York
Not good value for money. Cleaner was still cleaning when we arrived. TV remote in bedroom didn’t work much to our children’s disappointment. Coffee machine also not working. Bed cushions and bed throw were dirty and clearly not cleaned between guests. Large iron burn mark in the carpet. Horrible view from bedroom of a dirty roof top.
