Great location, absolutely spotlessly clean. Has a fridge, hairdryer, iron. Lots of glasses. Good shower and comfy bed. Great view of Ouse bridge. Delicious coffee from machine /pods.
Struggled to get in, not realising you had to put your hand over the keypad for the numbers to be visible. Would have liked more coffee pods although you'd have thought 4 pods enough for 2 people for 1 night!! My bf is a coffee addict.

The room was smart and clean with good facilities. The location was excellent. ALS, the Oasis cafe did a great breakfast!
Room was hot, but couldn’t be helped, due to the hot weather.

Excellent luxury accommodation in the heart of York.
Late check in (4pm) and early checkout (10am). Pillows were terrible considering the excellence of the room.
