Riverside Apartment at Woodsmill Quay

Excellent location, fab river view. Lovely apartment. Everything you could possibly need was provided, some quirky features. sash windows that opened to get fresh air in was appreciated, although need to close on the night due to outside noise - pubs leaving etc buy hey you are in the centre of York!

Was very hot in the apartment when we first arrived and took a while to control the heating, sofa's have seen better days could do with a throw or get them re-covered. Floor was so creaky but its an old building so guess it's to be expected. 4 ladies and for 2 days and nights only 3 toilet rolls provided was down to the last sheets by the last morning so had to buy more. (don't judge we had an Indian lol) Attention to detail needed, a lot of dust under the sofa's and an opened bottle of water was left in the living room, but everywhere else was clean.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Lovely views across the river. Great bath and shower.

Wi-Fi was terrible with long periods with no signal. The sofas in the lounge are very worn and need replacing.

had a problem with the fridge not working , staff were lovely and we were compensated not enough towels , no tea towels , kitchen roll bit dusty , no bath matt
