Great location, very clean, very warm and were responsive whenever needed. Stairs may be a challenge for disabled visitors for anyone with access needs. Didn't affect our stay at all though.

Lovely place to stay for a few days visit in York. Just inside the walls and very close to the river. Plenty to see and do in walking distance.

Great place, nice and clean and well stocked with things to get you started so we did not need to rush out and buy stull like toilet roll
