About this apartment rental
Woodsmill Quay is a renovated warehouse located on the banks of the river Ouse within the city walls and a short stroll from all that the city York has to offer. Hi
The apartment has been newly decorated and furnished in a retro style. The living space has comfy seating and dining suit for 4. There is access to wifi, LCD TV.
The two bedrooms are well equipped with drawers, plenty of hanging space and DBA radios. One room has a double bed the other can be set up as either a king size bed or twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer.
The large bathroom has a shower over the bath and towels and toiletries are provided.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via lift or stairs.
Interaction with Guests
As host I am available to offer help and can be reached at all times via email and in the case of emergencies via mobile phone

Quiet riverside apartment close to all York attractions and amenities.
Getting Around
The apartment is a 10 minute walk from York Central Station. There is no allocated parking at the property however, the streets surrounding offer free parking between the hours of 6pm-8am. There is paid parking at St George's Field car park - full day £12 plus offers for longer term parking.

Very convenient location when traveling by train, good communication with owners. Options available for how the bedrooms were made up for us. Plenty of utensils available in kitchen Hairdryer in bedroom. Home from home Unfortunately the WiFi did not connect for us but didn’t spoil our break.

Perfect location for us. The kitchen has basic utensils and pots. There are no spices or basic supplies like olive oil, etc. if you plan to cook, you'll need to supply everything, which is a challenge for overseas travelers. Of course Marks & Spencer's, a short walk away, has everything you need.

This apartment had a spacious living room and two comfortable bedrooms. The best part was how easy it was to walk to all sights in York - river, Clifford’s Tower, York Minster, York Castle Museum, National Rail Museum, etc. It was also a short, easy walk to the train station to return to London.
