A superb example of high quality holiday let apartments in York. The attention to detail is apparent as soon as you walkthrough the communal door. The building has been lovingly restored in recent years in a classic style with tiled floors and exquisite feature coving. Each floor can also be accessed via a lift.
Apartment 8 is a very spacious 2 bedroom property. The kitchen area is kitted out with all the appliances you'd expect of a property at this level including granite work surfaces. The lounge/dining area is beautifully decorated and offers a real sense of space.
The bedrooms maintains the high standards set throughout the property with high end furniture including a luxurious king size bed in each. The bathroom is fully tiled throughout and offers a bath with overhead shower. There is also an ensuite shower room adjoining one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has the added benefit of a small, balcony just big enough for a bistro table for two.
Paid for parking is available just a few minute's walk away - please enquire for details. The property is also located in the heart of the city centre so just a couple of minutes walk from all you could possibly wish to see and do.

Never met/ talked to the host.Had a lovely time but a few simple things could improve the property for othe guests.-no trash bins in bedrooms or bathrooms.No shower trays for shampoo/ soap etc.Bath taps vey stiff to turn on and off.Electric fire cable too short to reach socket.ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE WE HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING OUT AS THE LOCK JAMMED ON A FEW OCCASIONS. This should be investigated.
