Spacious and in an excellent location with allocated parking.
Although there were signs saying that the water was extremely hot, I thought that it was dangerously hot. Could it be adjusted perhaps?

Location is great, kitchen is very nice and has everything you need. Bedrooms are comfortable.
Sofas are uncomfortable, ensuite bathroom is looking tired and bedroom blinds need renewing. Noticed cobwebs in some corners but generally it was clean and tidy.

Excellent location. Ideal apartment for a short stay in York. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
All the bins outside are overflowing and need emptying and causing smells. Not sure who is responsible for this service. The info sent said the apartment was included in the ‘she loves’ York scheme but they aren’t. Info needs updating.
