The size was great and the location was perfect.
There was a funky smell in the bedrooms, especially the smaller room, almost like feet? Was quite unpleasant. Also the floor number on our instructions was wrong, we figured it out with alot of climbing up and down the floors.

because of location it did get rather nosy late at night with drunk students walking past

The location was excellent, the parking was very secure, the accommodation was confortable.
The decor was a little tired and a few things needed fixing.

Great location, very secure and spacious. Host was very friendly and helpful when we had difficulty getting in.
Very poor ventilation - bathroom fans didn’t work and windows only opened slightly. Poorly stocked - booked for 4 people and there was only 1 teabag, 2 teaspoons, no laundry detergent or dishwasher tablets, no hand soap and no paper towels. Very detailed entry instructions but unfortunately they were misleading which led to the need to contact the host. Some signs of mould in the main bedroom and the bathroom plus the furniture was in need of a clean.
