We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the flat was clean and comfortable.

Location was great, facilities and equipment were good.

Freezer door was not attached to unit door so was awkward to open, the bath plug chain was missing and fixture broken so I had to use a fork prong to pull plug, awkward put we managed.

Felt very bare and functional. Smelled of fish for the 2 days we were there. Was ok as a place to sleep in but would be depressing to be stuck indoors there if weather inclement.

Had a really comfortable and enjoyable four day break in York in really fantastic accommodation.

Great location near city centre and all amenities but on a quiet residential area. Had to contact reps about two minor faults. Both were rectified within an hour or two. Clean and comfortable with everything provided.

Well appointed and great location

The location was excellent for accessing the sights of York.

We were travelling with 2 medium suitcases and didn’t want to unpack as we were there only a couple of nights. There wasn’t really any space to put them. It was a small matter compared to the excellence of the property.

Perfect location outside the hubbub of the city center but extremely walkable.

Quiet, everything I needed, right around the corner from an amazingly good patisserie. Bit of a walk to the city center and bus but not too bad. Good kitchenette with nice tea and biscuits. Great communication from hosts on how to find the property, which is tucked away a bit, and get in.

No parking was a bit of nuisance. The stairs to the attic room are quite narrow with suitcases.

Lots of space, very clean on arrival, comfortable bed, nice area, easy to walk into the city centre, no noise from the surrounding area or neighbours, lovely and dark in the mornings so we weren’t woken up by daylight. Best place we’ve stayed in York!

Lovely apartment. Good location for restaurants and city centre. They provided plenty of tea and coffee, as well as milk sachets, which is fabulous. No on site parking but you can park nearby to drop off your bags 10 mins limit. We would book again

The outside gate is very noisy into the property and can be heard from inside Its slightly smaller than the other apartment we stayed in had to shuffle round the bed Parking permits have gone so cant park outside property which is a shame as last time we could just park right outside But these are really little things id still go back again

Fab stay and location

A lovely weekend started off with being upgraded to the one bed large apartment from the studio we booked.. Beautifully decorated apartment that was in a great location. 5 minute walk from the carpark we parked at to the apartment and 5 minute walk again towards the city centre from the apartment. Everything you needed in an apartment was there and a great little touch had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, cookies and sweets left. The bed and pillows were very comfy and it was an easy and straightforward quiet self service apartment. Would definitely stay again and we are looking to book again for Christmas time..thank you for a wonderful stay.

Second time I've stayed at Reubens Court but in a different apartment. The entire experience was so straightforward. Instructions on accessing the property were clear and concise. Communications were excellent. Well fitted out apartment, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Location is brilliant.

It was quite central which was great. Lovely and quiet to. Around the area where it was. Was great that milk, tea etc was catered for, like a hotel but you're able to do what you want. Perfect pad in York

We loved apartment 4! It had everything we needed and was so close to the city and all its attractions. Perfectly equipped for a 5 night stay as part of a longer trip, full kitchen, washing machine, great bed,tv, sofa and storage. Felt very safe too. We would definitely stay again. Also note it's so close to York railway station!
