The Kyme St house was perfect for our family group. Great sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well appointed. Loved the bonus of the outside patio. Zuzanna was super responsive (we needed help with the parking) and also replacing a cooling fan - our visit was during a heatwave! The welcome gift bag of Yorkshire goodies was fabulous - thank you so much. The house itself is within the wall, and we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do in York.

Bath plug chain was broken and we had to ask for assistance which we were given. TV in kitchen was wasn’t working. There was a broken vase in the living room. Carpet was rather worn.

Nice and clean. Easy check in. Staff were great. Beds so comfy
Not much work top space in the kitchen. No where to put towels or shampos etc

The property was comfortable and very good, clean in most places. Location was ideal. Parking on street would have been great if we had been provided with a permit. I booked this property because it had parking. The permit was taken by previous occupants. We were offered payment for council parking which was not acceptable did STAYS YORK care, NO. Their communication was appalling, I had to constantly contact them. Do Not Book Stays York Accommodation they will not support you, they just want your money. Oh and they were keen to keep reminding you not to use Booking .com if you return with them.
