Excellent location.
Very clear instructions.
Comfortable, clean, new/modern interior and amenities.
Everything worked as it should.
Easy parking and very close to the York train station.
Not much, very minor stuff.
10 am checkout was a bit early.
Clearer instructions regarding how to handle the garbage would be good.

Great location and parking, easy check in, generally well kept, beds comfortable, Netflix was a great bonus as travelling with a child.
Lumps of fluff on the floor, sofa was the most uncomfortable to sit on, induction hob but only one pan of a full cupboard of pans worked on it. Ceiling light in lounge was thick with cobwebs. Dining table was rickerty and very uncomfortable to sit at.
