A warm and welcoming, well-equipped house with the added bonus of a dedicated parking space. The location is ideal, just outside the city walls and only a 10-minute walk into the city centre, making shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions all easily accessible on foot. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. They responded quickly and helpfully to the one small issue we had.
The house could benefit from a little TLC. The kitchen tap is quite loose, the windows are difficult to open and close (which wasn't ideal during the very warm weather), and the garden is rather overgrown, making it less enjoyable to sit outside and a little awkward to access the bins. On a personal note, we would have preferred a firmer mattress and a shower with stronger water pressure.

House very near centre, 10 minutes walk so didn't have to use car. The car parking space provided was really helpful. Home was warm and clean.
Bit dated, teapot would have been nice(it is in Yorkshire!). Neighbours were having a new bathroom fitted and the workmen started drilling at 7.30am, so no lie in. Hopefully that is a one off though and we just unlucky.

Bed uncomfortable. Parking not clear where to park. Couldn’t work smart tv. No key box code as I missed paying the £250 deposit and received no reminder!
