House very near centre, 10 minutes walk so didn't have to use car. The car parking space provided was really helpful. Home was warm and clean.
Bit dated, teapot would have been nice(it is in Yorkshire!). Neighbours were having a new bathroom fitted and the workmen started drilling at 7.30am, so no lie in. Hopefully that is a one off though and we just unlucky.

Cannot fault a thing! It was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 kids aged 1, 3 and 5). The location was so close to the city. House was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, everything worked, was cosy and warm on arrival. Loved the traditional crockery. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in York. Communication was prompt and polite.

Location
Bed uncomfortable. Parking not clear where to park. Couldn’t work smart tv. No key box code as I missed paying the £250 deposit and received no reminder!
