Woodsmill Quay Riverside Apt - Heart of York

Central quiet location. Really clean and tidy.

Great location for accessing the town and a flat 20 minutes walk to the train station(with bags)

Somewhat noisy at the weekends- there was information to reduce the noise from the pubs that worked well. A person in the flat above walked around till very late.(not something that owners could manage easily- but to be aware)

Fantastic location ,walking distance to restaurants ,pubs ,the shambles, yorkminster and not too far from train station Good clear instructions how to enter property beds very comfortable and good view

Apartment was smaller than it looked on pics, windows didn't open and if they did it wasn't obvious how to open . No handbook how to work heating or any essential information. No oven gloves ,fish slice .....basic utensils although there were a few different utensils. Had to clean oven tray before using it as there was food stuck to it ! Not sure last time floors were cleaned as lots of dirt/dust under couch and chairs( ,I was picking something up and this is how I noticed it ).Kitchen space very limited for worktops
