- great location - finished to a high standard
- Travel cot was stained and broken. We reported this but we ended up having to buy a new one - The dishwasher was filthy. It had shards of broken glass at the bottom and the filer was clogged with black mould

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very well equipped and very comfortable. Nice outside area overlooking Clifford’s Tower which was a lovely bonus.
The only negative was that we had a problem with the heating and it was very hot which made it difficult to sleep. Had it not been for this our score would be 10/10

The apartment is fitted out to a very high specification and is in a superb location in the heart of the city. The accommodation felt very secure. Our stay was excellent. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and utensil we could have possibly needed.
The apartment was very warm. We needed to open windows and use a fan to cool down, which wasn't ideal overnight.
