Set over two floors, this newly converted penthouse apartment is located on the third floor of a characterful building, located in the very heart of the city. Just a stone's throw from the river Ouse, it's perfectly located for all the local attractions and amenities, whether you're celebrating, sightseeing or finishing a hard day's work.

Moving up the stairs, this leads to a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area which is ideal for socialising with friends and loved ones over a delicious meal or a few glasses of fizz.
