This spectacular, newly converted penthouse apartment is located on the third floor of this characterful building, situated in the very heart of the city. Just a stone's throw from the river Ouse, it's perfectly located for all the local attractions and amenities, whether you're celebrating, sightseeing or finishing a hard day's work.

Stepping inside the apartment, guests are greeted by a stylish and spacious entrance hall, the perfect place to drop the bags and kick of those shoes at the end of the day. You will also immediately find two comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms offer king size beds which are decorated with soft throws and cushions, and feature TVs, providing the perfect haven to sink into at the end of the day.

Adjacent to the bedrooms there is another well-equipped bathroom room with a bath and over bath shower, everything you need to get ready for a special evening out or simply off the stresses of the day.

The end of the hallway leads to a contemporary open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which is ideal for socialising with friends and loved ones over a delicious meal or a few glasses of fizz.

From the living room, expansive bi-fold doors lead you out to a stunning private terrace which boasts striking views over the river and the York skyline. Here you can dine al-fresco on those balmy summer nights, or huddle in a blanket and star gaze when the coolness of autumn arrives.
