Lovely and spacious, clean and tidy. A safe building with 2 different locked doors to get in, a real safety feature. Fantastic location for everything! Will definitely rebook.

The couch was a little small for 4 people. Had to pay a £250 security deposit before they would release the address, made the holiday expensive and a large layout,

Great location in the centre of York. Spacious apartment for 4 people.

There are no curtains in the bedrooms, just some thin blinds, which meant we were woken very early by the sun.

Excellent location handy for everything on foot in the centre of York. The apartment was very spacious, including loads of room in the hall for coats and bags and shoes. We heard no noise from other neighbouring apartments. The double glazed windows were good for keeping out night-time noise. They also all face west which was fortuitous for us in July with 30 degree heat. There was a full sized fridge-freezer. WiFi and TV worked fine. Having arrived by train for a 9-night stay we appreciated the provision of salt/pepper/oil/kitchen towel/some dishwasher and washing tablets/several toilet rolls. Can't comment on parking arrangements. We contacted the agent about a few things and they were very friendly and helpful - appearing that same morning with some minor items which were broken or missing (e.g. the clothes airer). They also provided extra sheets to replace the thick duvets.

The window blinds were ineffective at keeping out light. The showers were both very feeble. There were 3 of us in and out at different times so the key box code / fob / entry pad / 2 floors / key routine was a bit of a faff. The bed in the double room is different from the photo in the listing details. There's a very low bed frame which was 4'6" wide, but it had a narrower mattress on it which was only 4' wide. Most adults will not find sharing a 4' mattress very comfortable particularly in high temperatures.

It was so-so. Nothing great for the cost. The staff answer the calls but don't know how to help much with things like the Internet not connecting.

The location is sketchy and down a dirty alley. It is hard to get in the three doors before you finally get in the apartment. The dryer is a nightmare and the TINY shower was gross with black mold in the caulk. The beds are awful. We won't stay there again. We are not picky, but other places are better. PS. The taxi drivers cannot get close to drop you off at the location. Dishes are dirty and only one spoon
