Good amount of space.
Location was exceptional.
Clean.
An extremely loud bar, open into the early morning hours, made it difficult to sleep with the windows open.
Construction across the street started early.
Well stocked kitchen but could use some new fry pans.

Location was amazing. This property is so centrally located it was easy to nip back to drop shopping or get changed and head out again. All 4 bedrooms were en-suite.
The property was clean but needs some general maintenance. It was noisy outside but to be expected given the location.

The location was excellent.
The property wasn’t cleaned very well. Dust on the skirtings. Bathrooms dirty,property had a problem with flies! There was a tin of fly spray so this must be an ongoing problem.
