The location was excellent. Right in the centre of York. The property was warm, cozy and comfortable
It was very noisy at night and early morning. However we stayed over New Year so it was understandable. Be aware the steps from the front door to the apartment are very steep

Location during the daytime was good, easy to access the key, nice decor, good night lights.
The glass roof needs a really good clean, it was very off putting to look at. The cobwebs need removing in the lving area around the glass roof. The damp smell needs fixing. The damp walls in the kitchen need attention. The upstairs shower extractor needs replacing with something that has a volume you can sleep with. Additionally the night-time noise was ridiculous but that's not really the vendors fault but be aware - York at night is very noisy in this location!
