Location was ideal and it’s a great base for a large group. multiple beds maximising use of space. Pubs and cafes very close
Starting to look a bit run down (cracked tile in bathroom which is very sharp and dangerous, paint flaking etc)
Not sure the communal areas could manage 7+ people without it being too crowded.

Great kitchen and heating facilities. Shower a bit awkward but still good pressure. Host available to speak to. A lot of room though it must be cramped if more than about 6 people stay there. Tea and coffee provided was good
Bed a bit uncomfy. Getting in was a bit difficult as instructions slightly different from advance info. Same went for heating. Took a lot of figuring out
