Perfect location and an ideal property for a family trip. It was clean, cozy, and modern, with everything you need for a long or short stay.
The property is in a very quiet area. Please be aware that the neighbors are very sensitive to noise and may be disturbed even by normal conversations in the garden at night, so it's important to keep your voices down.

Beautiful modern and well maintained property within walking distance of York town centre. Nice spacious rooms and beds with a well equipped kitchen and dishwasher.
Only two bathrooms so a bit of a challenge with ten people.

Despite some flaws which I have highlighted This is a lovely spacious well appointed house in great location Perfect for family stay Lovely garden which unfortunately didn’t get to utilise because of weather
Please provide hand pump soaps in all bathroom/toilets-(only 1 )and more toilet paper- We were unable to have shower as boiler had been switched off prior to arrival and hot water failed to heat when switched back on-although rectified when we were out this was not a good start to our weekend Also would benefit from more window dressing for privacy in all bedrooms If these were addressed stay would’ve been perfect
