Beautiful townhouse within walking distance of York

Beautiful modern and well maintained property within walking distance of York town centre. Nice spacious rooms and beds with a well equipped kitchen and dishwasher.

Only two bathrooms so a bit of a challenge with ten people.

We enjoyed our stay despite the negatives and would certainly stay here again.

The location is excellent to visit the main attractions in York. The house was large and spacious even with five adults and three under eighteens. It was nice to come back to a nice warm place for the weather wasn’t that good.

The only negatives we experienced was with the Wi-Fi this was very intermittent and had to be switched of several times to reset it so that those devices that needed it would work this included the TV. The only other thing was the lack of dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. But these might have been forgotten to be replenished.

This is a wonderful house for our families and friends, great location! Quiet street! Easy to get to central town! House is very clean and tidy and well furnished, great equipment:)) the backyard is kids’ favorite place!! neighbors are very friendly as well! We will definitely choose this fabulous house again once we come to York!!

The house is just as shown in the images: ample space, very clean and a really nice place to stay in York just 10-15 minutes walking from the train station an the city center. Highly recommended.

Location and quality of house made short wedding trip perfect.

Good sized property with plenty of appliances in kitchen.Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfy.Large table and chairs in garden for enjoying the summer evenings.Perfect location just a 10 minute walk to registry office for daughters wedding.

This property and the support from agents were both excellent.

Plenty of space and good sized garden. Excellent supply of hot water for everyone.

Broken water dispenser on fridge, broken kitchen bin lid, slow running wash hand basin, recycling options were not obvious. These were minor issues for us so would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely house and great garden, the only things missing is a mirror on the ground floor would be useful and a chair in the double bedroom and a refresh of paint would have made it top marks!

Brilliant location, only 15 min walk to city centre. Rooms were huge all with very good double beds. Lovely social layout downstairs

Perfect new year

Location. 20 mins walk to cathedral, off road parking for 2 cars, nice and big rooms for gatherings. Comfy BIG beds beautiful bathrooms, nice and warm also. All around lovely house and stay would book again.

Great place to stay for family time away.

Great Location to city centre, very close and walkable in a few minutes passing lovely restaurants and pups along the way. Big comfy beds! Big dinning room table for large groups. Good outside garden space if weather is good. Everything you need in kitchen.

No hanging space in small double room. A few hooks on wall would solve this. A second key would help for larger groups. 10am is a little early for departing property. 4pm is a late arrival time.

Despite some flaws which I have highlighted This is a lovely spacious well appointed house in great location Perfect for family stay Lovely garden which unfortunately didn’t get to utilise because of weather

Please provide hand pump soaps in all bathroom/toilets-(only 1 )and more toilet paper- We were unable to have shower as boiler had been switched off prior to arrival and hot water failed to heat when switched back on-although rectified when we were out this was not a good start to our weekend Also would benefit from more window dressing for privacy in all bedrooms If these were addressed stay would’ve been perfect

The garden was great, good parking. Nicely furnished and decorated. Great open communal living space. Beds were big and comfortable.

Poorly equipped in general: No hand soap in the bathroom Only 1 tea towel No bin liners No kitchen roll Lights that didn’t work All the plastic dining chairs were damaged, our hair kept getting caught in the back rests. There was a wet towel with cigarettes littered on the floor on the garden. Chipped plates and glasses.

spacious and cozy

hot water supply not sufficient, the water isn't hot when the sixth person starts taking a shower, none of us used the bathtub.
