Beautiful modern and well maintained property within walking distance of York town centre. Nice spacious rooms and beds with a well equipped kitchen and dishwasher.
Only two bathrooms so a bit of a challenge with ten people.

The location is excellent to visit the main attractions in York. The house was large and spacious even with five adults and three under eighteens. It was nice to come back to a nice warm place for the weather wasn’t that good.
The only negatives we experienced was with the Wi-Fi this was very intermittent and had to be switched of several times to reset it so that those devices that needed it would work this included the TV. The only other thing was the lack of dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. But these might have been forgotten to be replenished.

Despite some flaws which I have highlighted
This is a lovely spacious well appointed house in great location
Perfect for family stay
Lovely garden which unfortunately didn’t get to utilise because of weather
Please provide hand pump soaps in all bathroom/toilets-(only 1 )and more toilet paper-
We were unable to have shower as boiler had been switched off prior to arrival and hot water failed to heat when switched back on-although rectified when we were out this was not a good start to our weekend
Also would benefit from more window dressing for privacy in all bedrooms
If these were addressed stay would’ve been perfect
$$$$
