Large double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, showers good pressure. Good sized well equipped kitchen and large fridge freezer. Central heating works well. Good location just 20mins walk from the city walls, easy to find. Generally clean and tidy. Tea/Coffee/Sugar a nice touch. Ideal for a group visiting York.
Dining area only seats 6 with poor chairs, lounge sofas also seat about 6. Matresses soft and several have dips in the middle. Oven needs a professional clean. Presumably has previously been an HMO, a number of areas poorly repaired and in neeed of some tlc. Street parking ok, might be a problem if you have multiple vehicles.
