The location was the best thing, a short stroll into town and across the road from some lovely independent shops and cafes. Lovely touch having so many air conditioning units when it was warm. Despite being on a main road we didn’t find it noisy.
Nothing, everything was great. Home from home. Owner was very flexible with us and responded very promptly.

Spacious house very close to York town centre.
We had a lovely family stay, there were plenty of sleeping options for us and the hot tub was great.
Greg was extremely helpful, with great communication. We stayed for our son’s graduation, and Greg was really amenable.
The steps leading up to the house are quite steep, plus the second flight of stairs are, which are abit tricky for anyone elderly. But that’s an observation, not a criticism.
