The size of the property exceeded expectations, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and appliances, plenty for bathrooms to guest ratio, house decorated to high standard. Good distance walk to york centre Thank you ☺️

It was comfortable and clean and the location was great.
As the property sleeps 12 which meant we had 4 cars. There was parking for 3 cars which is fair enough but there was no information on the parking situation for the other cars as the street was for residents parking only.

An absolutely amazing home from home. Great location. 20 minute walk into York city centre or a bus stop at the end of the street. The house was really comfortable with all the modern comforts you’ll need. Nice touch with the hot tub & games room. We had a fantastic family weekend away here. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
