Excellent apartment to step out straight into explore York centre.

Excellent location! Very spacious & comfortable luxurious apartment. Very tastefully furnished. We stayed 2 nights with 15 year old daughter & her friend. Would definitely book again!

The fire alarm was an absolute pain. It was unbelievably sensitive. Going off for hours even after cooking a slice of toast. Very silly and annoying. Needs addressing for future customers.

Cleanliness, location, spacious, nice towels, warm water and bathrooms

Bed sheet didn’t cover the double mattress. More mugs would have been useful. A washing machine would also be useful.

Great place to stay

The apartment was warm and comfortable. I was staying with my daughter so having 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. The biscuits, coffee and tea provided to start off with was much appreciated.

Although I much appreciated the provisions at the flat, I do find full fat milk rather odd as not many people use it! Personally I use skimmed milk although I'll tolerate semi skimmed. So I'd suggest putting semi skimmed in the flat instead. That was the only criticism I have though.

Beautiful modern apartments within the city walls would definitely stay again

Very good location and safe and secure.nice views of the city walls.Nice to go back and relax for few hours very comfortable.we would definitely return to these apartments beautiful

As far as I’m aware nowhere to leave your luggage when you have to be out at 10am and have to take your luggage around the city not ideal would be nice to have somewhere to store it till you go home.Also a few more condiments sauces vinegar salt and pepper few more tea bags would have been nice you can’t take all these items when your self catering

We will definitely book it again as it made our staying a great success

The flat was immaculate. Clean and cosy. Everything we could need was provided. We loved all the Christmas touches and the tasteful decorations. We all loved it. The location is excellent as it is on a quiet road (great for a good night sleep) but close to the historical centre, shops and restaurants.

Wonderful property. Safe, secure and very comfortable for a family with young children.

Brand new apartment, very clean and comfortable. everything we needed as a family of 4 and plenty of room for the kids to play compared to being in a hotel room. Great location, just a short walk into York city center and lots of great shops, bars and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend if visiting as a family or even just as a couple. Will definitely be back!

Family half term break to see the sights

The apartment we were in was brand new and completely immaculate! Very comfortable and in a brilliant location for exploring York. Wifi, basic toiletries included which made the stay easier.

Almost nothing. As a brand new property there were a couple of minor teething issues - the front access gate is very slow and some instructions inside the property are a little light. However the rental staff are responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Great location and facilities.

Location was excellent. Just inside the city walls and 5 minutes from Train station. Lots of good shops and bars within 2 minutes.

Only slight downside is price of council car park nearby

The apartment was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. Location is perfect especially if arriving in York by train as it’s a stone’s throw from the station. It is also just a 10 minute walk to the town centre with all the restaurants, bars and attractions.
