11 Stonegate is, undoubtedly, one of the best (and unique) duplex apartments in York. The stunning location in the heart of York with its incredible wrap-around balcony, provides one of the best views of York Minster - the City's iconic landmark.
The apartment is adorned with exceptional artwork that captures the history of the City and Stonegate Court's transformation from a single Garage in the early 1900's to a shopping arcade in the 1980's and 90's, to the present-day beautiful apartment complex and courtyard.
You also have the added benefit of two good sized super king bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and also a lovely family bathroom, providing a bath with shower over. The open plan living area upstairs is huge and a great space to relax and unwind after a busy day, with a lovely view over the rooftops of the old town across to the Minster. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything that you would need, should you decide to have a comfortable night in. However, you are also within minute's walk of the famous Betty's Tea room, The Ivy and many many more fabulous places to eat and drink. You are also minute's walk from all the places that York offers such as The Minster, the famous old walls of York, museums, art galleries etc.
11 Stonegate also provides a parking permit for your use, meaning that if you are wanting to arrive by car, so that you can also explore the beautiful surrounding countryside - parking isn't a problem.
The stunning views, unique artwork, Sky Q TV entertainment package and other thoughtful features make 11 Stonegate a stand-out living space in a prime location. An oasis of luxurious calm in the heart of a beautiful historic city - perfect!
Please note that York City Centre (where this apartment is located) is a pedestrianised area between the hours of 10.30am and 5.00pm, therefore you are unable to park directly outside the apartment complex between these hours. However, parking is available a short walk away (7/8 minutes) and there is a drop-off area (subject to available street parking) around 100-200 yards away near York Minster.
Please note: Only children aged 12 years and above are permitted and there is a no-pets policy throughout the whole Courtyard.

This was my 3rd stay in this apartment and already booked for my next. I am not sure I could find a better apartment for location and views.
Simply stunning views of the minster, spacious rooms, everything you could need in the kitchen and the balcony a major plus.
