2nd stay here. Fabulous location. Very quiet.

The only thing letting the apartment down this time- Felt the carpets needed a good clean/ replaced. Also maybe some playing cards, board games would be good

Bedrooms where lovely, beds comfortable, living area cosy, bedding and bathroom clean, WiFi not perfect but ok for what was needed and a great location to all amenities and activities.

The flooring wasn’t so clean, neither was the rug in the living area, Kettle full of limescale. Bathroom lock broken. Location not great at night as it is a cross the road from a club so very noisy if you want to relax in the living room (but not a lot can be done about that) Hard to do hair and make up in the bedrooms as no plug sockets near the mirror.

Central comfortable and adequately equipped

Check in is confusing- you get a WhatsApp message with a code and you think that’s all you need but no we stood outside with another couple equally confused about where to input the vital code only to discover that there were fuller instructions and guidance in an email. Why not send the full check in details by both media?

Great location, it is underground and no bedroom or bathroom windows

Deposit taken taken on top of booking price, which is explained as pre authorised yet the funds are taken and not returned until over 9 days. Bathroom door handle fell off, cobwebs around, blood stain on sheet. Didnt contact to fix as there is also a £35 call out fee for non emergencies..which im sure would of been charged. Great location for everything, but hidden charges and a treasure hunt to find with overexplained instructions 🤣
