Lovely property and a great location with very easy access to the city centre....4 mins walk. Good communication and parking permit sorted out in advance by host. There are two bathrooms, one is ensuite to the upper bedroom and a main bathroom for the three other bedrooms and a handy downstairs toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is a good size with plenty of work surfaces and a table big enough for everyone to eat round.
If you like your older building, this is a great place to stay with lots of original features.
Very happy there was nothing we didn't like perhaps a coat stand or hooks in the utility room would be handy for a wet day.

The property was very close to the shambles, couldn’t have asked for better.
The property itself is beautiful, however it is in need of a deep clean in certain areas.

The house is in a very convenient location. Spacious accommodation and very clean. Well equipped. Quality furnishings and fittings. Plenty of fluffy towels supplied.
Mattresses are tired.
Lighting throughout the property was dull.
We stayed in Winter and it was quite cold in the house - especially in the lounge where we experienced a cold breeze coming from the fireplace which made the room uncomfortable.
