The flat was beautiful. Great views and location
Beautiful flat, beautiful views. A real home from home. Great communication with the owners. Zak came over and sorted out the window, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely book the flat again

Communication before during and after our stay was spot in with quick responses to any questions asked. Apartment is lovely, clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the Christmas tree was a nice added touch. Location was spot on, right in the heart of the city and parking nearby was welcome.
Although the location is great, it is right across from pubs on the river that had loud groups outside till the early hours. Not the fault of the apartment but with the windows being single glazed it did wake us up.

Location overall really good quality finishes
Would advise if ever refurbishing a bathroom for one to be a shower room not a criticism as really well done but prefer a shower and or shower screens instead of curtains over bath

Location and ease of access. Quiet although near all facilities and attractions.
Water was a bit hot, although to be fair plenty of warning signs referring to such.
