The property was exceptionally clean and location was amazing. Everything you would have needed was provided right down to a high chair. Very quiet location and beds were very comfortable.
The only thing that was a downside was that we weren’t provided with the travel cot that we requested, however the main bed on the second floor was big enough for us and our toddler.

The only issue was that the plug socket next to the bed was not working.

The location was excellent - within easy walking distance of the city centre. There was a lovely little sitting room and the kitchen was well-equipped. There was the option to eat and drink outside in the little courtyard too. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The parking permit was invaluable.
There couldn't really have been anything better but another bathroom would have been ideal.

The location & the parking.
1) The steep and narrow staircase, making it dangerous for guests with mobility difficulty. 2) No provision of shampoo & shower gel. 3) No TV in the bedroom. 4) The mirror in the bathroom should not be placed on the floor leaning against the shelf. It should be fixed properly on the wall at the sink before we checked in. 5) All these points from (1) to (3) should be mentioned in the overview description of the property.
