Having the run of the house was great & the little courtyard garden hit the spot!

One of the bathrooms was on the GF & right at the back, so a bit of a trek at night time! NB. Landlord's Gas Safety Record shows inspection required asap, the last one was carried out 19th Dec 2025?

Liked how spacious it was, well stocked kitchen, hamper and lovely seating area outside

Just for our group, we would have been better with a bedroom downstairs rather than an additional dining area. But that is just personal preference as one in our party struggles with stairs, but we knew all bedrooms were upstairs at time of booking

The property it’s self was amazing beautiful house, close to city centre, good sized rooms

Although I understand roadworks cannot be helped, a heads up would have been appreciated, that they were roadworks across the road, With men starting work around 6am on Sunday morning shaking the foundations of the house, with the loudest noise possible until around 4pm was not something I was expecting. The other days we were there they were working and loud but not that early in the morning.
