Cleanliness, quality appliances, general ambience of apartment. Proximity to several shops, pubs, cafes and wine bar.
Steep stairs up to apartment (on first floor). This proved to be problematic for my friend and I (both in our 70’s and walking stick users).

Location was excellent. Clear instructions for check in
- It was superficially clean - layer of dust everywhere, crumbs in the fridge and drawers. Needs a proper deep clean - Bedding v basic and lumpy. Felt like kitted out for students
