Excellent location, lovely and clean, really well equipped.
Getting the showers at a good temperature and pressure was a bit tricky. Would have been nice if the outside bins weren't already pretty full when we arrived.

Location was lovely. A little walk into the town but lovely to go past Bishy Shops as all are independent and thriving. Nice walk along the river. I was a little worried, prior to arrival, as had seen a review saying only a 2 hob table top cooker top to use for pans in a large house not being ample, but this has obviously been but this has obviously been acted on as there was a fully working cooker and oven and plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils. plenty of room for the whole family as we were celebrating mums 80th. Would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend.
Fan above the cooker didnt work (couldnt find any controls or switches for it) and couldnt open kitchen windows to let out steam, etc. whilst cooking. The electric tripped late on second evening but couldn't find fuse box. These are things that are not detrimental to my recommendation as fuses tripping are a thing that cant be foreseen.

Lots of ensuites and a roomy living room and kitchen meant there was plenty of space for all of us!
Slightly wobbly beds. The electric showers were a bit weak.
