We liked the layout of the property. The shower rooms were modern and clean with towels and soap provided. The kitchen had everything required and the tea and coffee making facilities with chocolate biscuits which were a bonus. A comfortable place to stay for a few days or longer.

The location was close to the train station and not a bad walk with luggage. The street is quiet. Having 3 bedrooms is nice when a group of 5 travels together. The main sitting area is a nice place to relax. The fans provided worked well to cool down the bedrooms at night. The main bedroom upstairs is very spacious. The hosts were responsive and allowed us to check in early since the room was ready.

5 people fit but it's tight! This "dislike" could be because we had just left a very large and spacious flat in Edinburgh. The downstairs bedroom and bathrooms are quite small and 1 bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed that needs a little tightening up, so it's best suited for an adult on the bottom and a small person up top. My 17 year old son said it was a little wobbly so he stayed on the bottom. The stair case is also tight. We chose to leave our luggage on the main floor because we didn't want the challenge to take it up the stairs. While the location was close to the train station, I would have preferred a location close to the train station and closer to the city, even though the walk isn't far.
