Central location and the view both made this stay a fabulous one. Loved waking up to the Minster view and spending evenings watching the sunset highlight the stonework. Stunning. The flat is clean, beautifully designed and has everything you need to hand. Loved the “welcome tablet” too! All just really well executed.
Slight negative was the heat (very hot at the top!) but there are fans to hand which help! Also the restaurant below, particularly when windows were open. These, for us, were minor and did not affect our enjoyment of the stay. Also, both unavoidable if you really want all the plus sides to the excellent location too.

Beautiful neutral stylish apartment in the very centre of York. Sitting room looks out over Goodramgate. Bedroom looks at the minster. Lovely on Sunday morning to have the Minster bells toll with the window open. Great kitchen and bathroom. Bed extremely comfortable with great pillows!! We stayed so could go to a wedding rather than be in a small hotel room-but definitely plan to return for a future weekend break as it is so lovely.
Nothing not to like but as the description says there is no parking and the street is pedestrianised most of the time so you can’t unload straight outside if you have a lot of stuff. Not a problem as one of us stayed in the car at the end of the street near the cross keys pub while the other unloaded the car and then parked nearby. Not an issue just to be aware of logistics.

Fabulous location in terms of being so central. Lovely,beautifully decorated apartment with all that we needed provided
Unfortunately the restaurant next to the apartment was very noisy-staff in the courtyard at the back of the restaurant very loud at night and cooking smells infiltrated the apartment. We needed to have the window open at night as it was very hot when we were in York and this meant that the noise and smells were even more disturbing
