We had a lovely family trip and I would recommend the property.

The location was great easy walking distance to the shambles and the centre. The property was nice and well maintained

There was an issue with the fridge keeping its temperature and the wine cooler wasn’t working either. The property was really warm however we did visit during a heatwave there were fans provided. The property only comes with 1 parking permit so we had to put our second car in a carpark for the weekend which cost a further £50 as parking in York isn’t cheap.

Lovely property for a stay in the heart of York.

Lovely property which was well equipped, clean & beautifully decorated.

Our arrival instructions sent us to the wrong street for the entrance to the property, where the keys were. However, a quick phone call sorted out the confusion.

The space was amazing, only a 5 min walk from the shambles and very easy to have a baby there!

May be worth leaving a high chair in the utility room - we luckily brought ours but they have a travel cot there with mattress!

Perfect for Christmas

Great location - quiet and an easy 10 minute walk from the city centre. 3 good sized bedrooms and a nice family bathroom and an ensuite. Clean and well equipped and decorated in a lovely contemporary style. Handy utility room. Plenty of space for 6 people to spend time together or apart. Lots of choice on Deliveroo and a 10 minute walk to the Everyman cinema.

The one parking permit was great - no problem finding a space. There probably is other parking nearby but we opted for a JustPark space on Postern Close which worked well for us. The house is on four floors (kitchen, then dining, then lounge and bedroom & family bathroom, and then two bedrooms (one ensuite). It didn’t bother us at all but if you struggle with stairs it might not be right for you.

Fully equipped, comfortable beds, attention to detail with decor. nice easy walk to city and local high street.

Parking! only one street permit so two others had to pay for car parks £45 each car but not just about money had to pop back and top up three time as app wasn’t working! defo a pain for the other couples.

Very clean & well presented property. Good location. Not far from the city centre. Very comfortable beds.

When we arrived it was dark. There were no lights in the courtyard & took a while to find the key box. A lot of stairs.

Clean , nicely situated, great decor spacious

Stained cups. Lipstick on glass, downstairs toilet would have been better. Twin beds room the door handle kept falling off.no duvet for pullout bed had to ring for it but only sheets /towels arrived, when not needed. 6 coat hangers between 7 people

They knew 8 people were coming but no sofa beds had been made up and their was towels and sheets missing so had to contact them , they did get some dropped of

Everything was perfect! Immaculately clean, beds and bedding are so comfortable, staff are so friendly, decor is beautiful, location is ideal, no expense spared, the list is endless..... we loved it and will definitely be back Thank you

decent, facilities could have been better But excellent location

Good location close to most attractions and of course city centre

Electric Cooker switches off after a certain time you can’t use majority of the jobs all at once I understand it may be a safety feature but that makes it difficult for a big family that need to use the cooker again, there maybe ways round it but when you just want to take it easy the last thing you want is to research how a cooker works. The dish washer stopped working on the last day which made it difficult to clean up quicker and no one could come to check on it till we had gone so overall facilities could have been better
