The property is in a very good location and walking distance into town.
More attention is needed with the cleaning, the skirting boards were dusty. When sitting at the dinning table you are eye level with the 3 big lights in the kitchen these were full of dust, large cobwebs in the window above the kitchen sink and cobwebs on the ceiling above dinning table. There’s no bins in the bedroom. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues the property has lots of steps. Main bathroom skirting hasn’t been cleaned behind toilet and upstairs bedroom has bits on the carpet.

Good location close to most attractions and of course city centre
Electric Cooker switches off after a certain time you can’t use majority of the jobs all at once I understand it may be a safety feature but that makes it difficult for a big family that need to use the cooker again, there maybe ways round it but when you just want to take it easy the last thing you want is to research how a cooker works. The dish washer stopped working on the last day which made it difficult to clean up quicker and no one could come to check on it till we had gone so overall facilities could have been better
