The apartments were lovely and clean, tea coffee and UHT milk provided which was a nice touch, beds are so comfy and the sofa beds are surprisingly comfortable. Would really recommend super close to the station and feels very secure.
Perhaps some instructions on the thermostat and heating controls, the apartments were quite cold when we got back and we had no idea how to turn the heat up- didn’t affect our stay but if we’d been in for longer we might have contacted the staff

Location was really convenient for the railway station, and easy walking into the city centre or super-quick bus ride. The apartment is in a very quiet crescent, just off a main road, with handy convenience store and take aways right on the corner. The bus stop to take you into the city or to the Minster is also moment’s walk.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Was nice if your having a short stay or if you are a couple.
Was hard with kids as a lot of stuff breakable / knives in place we didn’t know. Lots of stains everywhere. Ironing board falling apart. Couldn’t use sofa bed. Didn’t have a part to fill the hole?
