We had a lovely time.

Very clean, comfy beds, clean linen, lovely surroundings and decor. The lift was handy as we had a wheelchair user with us so the facilities were great for her.

Nowhere to hang coats apart from the wardrobes but two didn’t have a bedroom and were on the sofa bed so they had nowhere to keep anything, showers took ages to heat up and nowhere to hang six wet towels. It also took us over an hour to find the accommodation despite the videos which weren’t great quality. No one we asked had a clue where it was and the postal address takes you to a completely different area. Our Uber Eats driver got totally lost too and our food turned up cold after one of us ran out and down the road to go and get it. Our family we met here couldn’t find it either! Maybe clearer instructions are needed?

Would point out that maybe the drain in the shower in the double room needs cleaned. The basin was overflowing onto the bedroom carpet. Instructions to get there were not clear. We walked for miles before we found it despite the video. Would have been easier to say to go through the one of the arches right opposite the station. Maybe get a street map and mark out the route on that

Would have rated a 10 if it were not for the faulty key fob.

Perfect property, fabulous inside, great location for the Marathon shuttle.

The key fob did not work on the second night of our stay leaving us locked out of the property. I needed to phone for help and take instruction for a second key. Was approx 11.30pm at night was dark and raining. This second key once located also no good as it had no fob. Luckily the original fob worked on a different gate otherwise we were spending the night in a travel lodge around the corner.

Nice apartment

Clean and well equipped

Pillows and mattresses were quite soft. Very warm apartment so needed windows open all the time, but around 6am onwards each morning there is lots of noise with activities from businesses across the road - bin wagons and deliveries so it woke you up.

Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend!

Location - although instructions to find are poor and with concise instructions it would be very easy to find!

Description, pictures do not reflect reality, unclean, poor quality bedding (not even ironed) and I’ve thrown out better towels. Stains on carpet, voile and the bathroom had hair in the shower! Also WiFi instructions are incorrect. You can only stream on TV on basic itv, bbc ….. all in all disappointing as with some TLC it would be great!

A very good location but the bedding needs a server upgrade.

Convience of the location, close to shops, transport, restaraunts and security.

The main beds mattresses very very uncomfortable as were one of the single, plus the beds were too low and the pillows were too thin. The over shower bath was very slippery as there was no proper non slip cover on the floor of the bath.

Great apartment but let down by few things

The apartment is literally over the road from the train station 10/15 mins away walk to York centre good size apartment great to have two showers /bathrooms kitchen well equipped gardens around the apartments lovely with seating area under gazebo

Our apartment was situated on toft green road it’s extremely noisy first thing in a morning bin men etc from 5.30 am keys are very hard to find they are in a alcove in the wall on a different street apartment at first glance is clean but look closely and there’s dust , dirt in corners mark on carpet settee uncomfortable mattresses thin uncomfortable very budget price things had been broken previously but not repaired very hot apartment looked like it had air con but definitely didn’t work

Lovely apartment just needs a few bits of tlc

It was a good location. Very modern and clean. Quiet. Good value for money.

Hard to find. Only 1 towel pp. Stifling and no fans. Mirror in bathroom too high to see in. No dressing table in double room. No tv and no way to sign in to Netflix as it says. Uncomfortable small sofa does not accommodate amount of guests. No guest amenities and bed not the comfiest.

I could feel every spring in the bed. It was a bit warm in there. A single top sheet would be great instead of a heavy duvet. The apt address is first in the address, so we were looking for a 33 on a building. The building name is really the address. Confusing for Americans.

All in all very good apartment would definitely stay there again location was perfect

Location was really good

Only had 1 issue and that was the guests sleeping on the sofa bed had no pillows or quilts had to use a cushions off the settee (which were very flat ) and throws of the other beds luckily it was a sunny & warm ish w/end so didn’t really bother us much but I do think there should have been spares in one of the wardrobes Also think there should have been another key as 1 wasn’t enough for 6 people couple went home early so hhe rest of us found it difficult getting back into the building

Nice apartment

The living space is lovely. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The apartment felt very secure. The showers were excellent and the bathrooms were thoroughly clean. The double bed in the smaller bedroom could really use a new mattress. I ended up on the sofa bed because the mattress was so uncomfortable. We had a difficult time finding the lock box and we encountered a man who seemed to work in the complex in some capacity who asked my British Asian friends "Can you read English?" when we were struggling to find the correct lock box. We were somewhat taken back by this seemingly racist comment, but since he wasn't affiliated with the actual property we decided not to let it mar our experience. All in all we had a great time in York and we were mostly happy with our accommodation.

Excellent stay in York

Excellent location within a short walking distance of the train station and town centre. It's a lovely accommodation , everything was very clean and modern. This is my second stay in the same apartment and my only negatives were the beds weren't as comfortable this visit....and I'm not sure if the mattresses have been replaced , but they didn't feel the same. Also, we couldn't fathom how to turn the heating down. Apart from that , all very good.

Great apartment in great area

How close to everything it was

A couple of things I think could make it more luxury. More towels which I think should be white and not coloured, complimentary toiletries, and most of all the bed linen to be ironed, not a good look to see then all crumpled!!!!

A stylish apartment in a great location.

Location was great. Flat was very nice. Lovely kitchen and bathrooms.

The double bed was quite low and the mattress was very soft. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable.

Great value for money, very spacious and located property - kitchen accessories need overhaul

The location of the property was amazing, as was the layout and furnishings. Great value, however there where did issues.

The lock box was difficult to find, if the video showed a landmark would have been easier, as was trying to work out how you then got in the property. Also one set of keys for a property that sleeps 6 made it difficult to do things as separate groups. There was no one on hand to address issues, although email assistance was offered (I was on holiday and didn't want to have to email back and forwards) The kitchen equipment was good... but a few more dishes, casserole dish, oven gloves for example would have made it better. The WiFi didn't work nor did the TV on site channels Bbc1 - but without a human point of contact (just call centre and emails - I didn't pursue these issues after the initial contact, though tbh I shouldn't have needed to!)

stay was fine despite trying to find apartment and late check in.

The apartment was spacious and modern also spotless. Bed was super comfy and really loved the kitchen dining area although didn’t use it much.

It took us a really long time to find the apartment, I don’t think the instructions for clear. We only found it because we asked someone and he kindly showed us where the key was otherwise we would still be wondering round. Then we were told that we couldn’t go into apartment until after 5pm so after a long day of traveling this didn’t go down well. Also on day of leaving we had to leave before 10am this was too early.

Brilliant apartment, close to attractions

Apartment was lovely, we had a great time, central to most of attractions. Pubs near by, we only went out one night as we had done so much during the day we were satisfied to stay in and watch a movie. Buses nearby, city tour bus also. Lots of shops, even a Designer shopping outlet a few miles out of town with a children's play area that's under cover incase of bad weather.

My friends and I found it hard to find, ( we are of a certain age ) think it should be more sign posted. Also the bin men come really early in morning. That isn't your fault.

Comfortable flat in a very safe area.

The broken glass in the dishwasher. We arrived looking to make a drink and there was a half load in the dishwasher. Unfortunately whoever had stacked it had done so recklessly and a wine glass had been smashed. We reported this.

Superbe appartment but difficult to find the key.

This is a new building and appartment with new furnitures so it exceeded our expectations.

Finding the correct building and the key to the appartment was quite a challenge. It took us 40 minutes to find it. Not a pleasant experience with 4 bags to carry and no one available on site to assist. Also, our bed sheets were still in the washing machine. Cleaner did not complete their task completely, so we had to finish it ourself.

After paying for the rental of the property, we were contacted and asked for a further deposit, which wasn't made clear during our original booking. We were then asked illegally for ID documents. When I refused to supply them or pay the additional misrepresented deposit the property played a backwards and forwards game with bookings.com, during which the property was never relisted.and I had no opportunity to mitigate my loss, by them re letting to someone else. They kept all our money, and we didn'tnt stay with them because they refused us entry unless we paid the additional deposit and gave them our identity documents. Then they contacted us as if they had given us entry, telling us about rubish collection and parking, etc We were also told that they have CCTV installed to monitor all people entering and leaving the property and that they make no assurances that the furnishings inside the property, are in good condition, because of continual misuse..! . We are a family on holiday,.! And It appears to me that the property is more suited to exactly the profile of person they seem to be trying to avoid.. If you are considering renting this property, BE WARNED..! DONT.....!

Beautiful property in a good location.

insufficient directions to the property, we really struggled to find it. also, had some difficulty getting the lights to come on (it was dark when we arrived) and also the fridge- couldn’t find the on switch. . A few clear instructions would help.
