The Falcon - Apartment 11

Excellent location, close enough to the station for easy arrival/departure, and not far from the city centre. Clean, well appointed and perfect for a city break. Would definitely stay again.

Happy with all aspects.

Quirky apartment in an historic building, well equipped and generously sized, great location for central York and station

Awkward access

The location is great as it’s only a short walk from city centre and is in a quiet street. The bathroom were really big size and clean

The apartment is advertised as having 3 large double beds but only one bed is this size. One of the other beds is queen size and the bed in third room was made up of two single beds put together. As mentioned in other reviews there are quite a lot of steps to get to the apartment and inside the apartment: we had read the reviews so we were aware of this but it should made clear in the house description as could be an issue for some people. It would be useful to have a bit more items in the kitchen like more cutlery - the house can accommodate up to 6 guests but there were only spoons for 4 people (as an example) - would also be useful to have bins in the bathrooms and a sponge in the kitchen to wash dishes / glass/ cutlery -

Size, rooms, appliances. The washer is also a dryer - this was a good surprise

Many stairs, no dishwasher
